I joined the lab in 2024 for my master thesis working on time resolved EM (trEM) methods. I had so much fun that I decided to stay for a PhD! For my PhD I am now trying to find out how the structure of microtubules affects their dynamic instability. I will be using TIRF, electron tomography and trEM to find answers to this question. I do this as joint PhD student with the lab of Marileen Dogterom. In my free time I like to sing, do sports and try out new things I have never done before.
